Cromane AGM 2007
The AGM of Cromane G.A.A Club took place on Saturday January 27th. The meeting saw a number of changes. Thomas Hayes stepped down as secretary after 5 years and in his report gave a detailed account of all club activiteis throughout the years. Pat Duffy in his treasurers report detailed all the club's finances with the lotto being the main source incomeand as a result the club is in a healthy state. He also thanked the sponsors for their help. The club chairman Patrick Casey thanked all who helped in the smooth running of the club throughout the year. He thanked the senior panel for their commitment in training and as a result got promoted to division 4 and won the Mid-Kerry O'Sullivan Cup. At under 16 level Cromane were amalgamated with Listry and were crowned Division 3 champions in the County League. The under 12's also won the Mid-Kerry "B" Championship. The chairman also thanked Michael Healy and Kevin Corkery for running Bord na N'og on behalf of the Cromane club. Appreciation was given to the club referees. There was also a number of motions past, the most important of which was the setting up of a seperate Bord na N'og section within the club as well as setting up a finance and field developement committee.
